2011-2012: Member ofthe varsity eight that placed first out of 23 boats in themen’s eight race and set a course record at the Snake Regatta(Oct. 15)...rowed for the varsity eight in all seven springregattas...varsity eight won races against Rutgers (April 22) andBucknell (April 29)...part of the varsity four that won the petitefinal at the IRA National Championship (May 31-June 2)...member ofthe Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2010-2011: Member ofthe varsity eight that competed at the Snake Regatta (Oct. 9),placing first of 20 teams…rowed for the varsity eight forall eight competitions in the spring…varsity eight won theSullivan Cup by defeating George Washington (April 9)…theCrusaders also defeated Bucknell (April 23) and EARC member Rutgers(April 30)…was a member of the varsity four that qualifiedfor the semifinals at the IRA National Championship (June 2-4).

2009-2010: A member of the freshmaneight…finished first with the Crusaders’ novice‘A’ boat at the Quinsigamond Novice Challenge (Oct.24)...the freshman eight won two of its three races at the 23rdGeorge Washington Invitational (April 9-10), defeating UC San Diegoin the first race and George Washington and Gonzaga in the thirdrace…won dual-races versus Bucknell (April 18) and Rutgers(May 2).

Before Holy Cross: Rowed for three years in seatfour at Gonzaga College H.S. in Washington, D.C....team wonback-to-back WMIRA Championships in 2008 and 2009...member of the2008 Washington Post Boat of the Year...recipient of the2008-2009 Student-Athlete Award.

Personal: Son of Kathy and PeterProminski...father played football at Brown...has three brothers(Matthew, Thomas and Luke)...majoring in Political Science.
