Holy Cross Athletics

2010-2011: Memberof the varsity eight that competed in the Snake Regatta (Oct. 9),which placed first out of 20 boats…rowed for the varsityeight for all eight competitions in the spring…varsity eightwon the Sullivan Cup by defeating George Washington (April9)…the Crusaders also defeated Bucknell (April 23) and EARCmember Rutgers (April 30)…was a member of the varsity fourthat qualified for the semifinals at the IRA National Championship(June 2-4).

2009-2010: Memberof the varsity four that competed at the 108th IRA NationalChampionship (June 3-5) placing second in the third-level finalsand 14th out of 18 teams overall…member of the varsityeight…finished in second place at the Snake Regatta (Oct.10) on Lake Quinsigamond…won races versus Bucknell (April18) and Rutgers (May 2).

2008-2009: Amember of the freshman eight in his first year...was selected forthe U.S. National Team U23 Sculling Camp.

Before Holy Cross: Played soccer and basketballand ran track at Keene Central...was the captain of the soccer teamhis senior year and also won the team's Coach's Award...ran fourevents on the track team, including the 400m, 800m, 4x100 relay and4x400 relay...named the track team's Most Improved in 2004 ...alsoa member of the Adirondack Mountainmen AAU basketball team...wasClass President and Student Council President and Keene Central,and was a recipient of the AP Scholar Award in 2007.

Personal: Son of Barbara Dwyer...has threesisters, Elisabeth, Anna and Olivia...majoring in Russian andPolitical Science.
