2011-2012: Finished 16th overall in the 100 breast at the Patriot League Championship, setting a school record in the preliminary qualifier with a time of 58.42…helped set a new school record as the second leg of the 200 medley relay team with a time of 1:38.83 at the Patriot League Championship…recorded a season best time of 2:07.65 in the 200 breast also at the Patriot League Championship, finishing 12th overall…finished first in the 400 IM at the Worcester City Championship with a time of 4:27.88 and in the 200 breast with a time of 2:15.94…recorded first place finishes in the 100 breast and 200 breast versus Providence and a first place finish in the 100 breast versus Bryant…..named Holy Cross’ Most Valuable Swimmer for the third season in a row…member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2010-2011: Finished 10th overall with a school record time of 58.47 in the 100 breast at the Patriot League Championship...set a new school record in the 200 breast in the preliminaries of the PLC with a time of 2:07.34 and then placed 15th in the finals...member of the school record-breaking 200 medley relay team that set the record at the PLC...set a new meet-record in the 100 breast at the Worcester City Championship with a time of 1:02.26...named Holy Cross’ Most Valuable Swimmer.

2009-2010: Swam season-best  times at the Patriot League Championship in the 100 breast (1:00.42), 200 breast (2:14.10) and 200 IM (2:02.88)...second on the team with a season-best time of 4:39.85 in the 400 IM at the Worcester City Championship...named Most Valuable Swimmer...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of the varsity swimming and diving team at Fairfield College Preparatory...team captain senior year...recieved Coach's award senior year...named a Connecticut Post All-Star...also a two-time YMCA Nationals qualifier...member of National Honor Society and Cardinal Key Club.

Personal: Son of Jay and LeeAnne Power...has one brother (Jamie) and one sister (Caroline)...majoring in Chemistry.
