• Competed in all three fall races

2018-2019:

• Competed in seven races in the varsity eight boat
• Competed in one race in the varsity four boat
• Placed first at the Quinsigamond Fall Regatta in the varsity eight boat

2017-2018:

• Made his second appearance in the IRAs National Championship
• Competed in eight races in the varsity eight boat
• Competed in one race in the varsity four boat
• Competed in one race in the junior varsity boat

2016-2017:

• Raced as a member of the varsity eight in three fall regattas and all spring regattas
• Competed as a member of the varsity eight that placed first at the Snake Regatta and set the course record time by 11 seconds (Oct. 15)
• Was a member of the varsity eight that placed third at the Murphy Cup (Mar. 25)
• Competed as a member of the varsity eight that defeated MIT (Apr. 1)
• Member of the varsity eight that defeated No. 20 Drexel and set the school record time at the George Washington Invitational (Apr. 8)
• Competed in the varsity eight boat that defeated Trinity and Wesleyan (Apr. 23)
• Member of the varsity eight that defeated Bates and Williams (Apr. 29)
• Raced as a member of the varsity four that won the third-level final at the National Championship (June 4)

Before Holy Cross:

• Rowed with Bedford Crew Club under head coach Casey Clark
• Captained the team in 2015-2016
• Won the Most Improved Award in 2014
• Received Most Valuable Player honors in 2015 and 2016
• Set the fastest two-kilometer time in Bedford Crew history
• Member of National Honor Society

• Son of Anne and Eric Gould
• His mother graduated from Holy Cross (Class of 1991)
• Has one sister (Brooke)
• Father was on the rowing team at Northeastern
• Grandfather (Roger Benoit) was a member of the Holy Cross Class of 1965
• Uncle (Mike McElaney) was a member of the Holy Cross Class of 2002 and was on the football team
• Majoring in Physics and Mathematics
