2011-2012: Member ofthe second varsity eight in all seven spring regattas...the secondvarsity eight won races against George Washington at the GeorgeWashington Invitational (April 7), Georgetown (April 14), Rutgers(April 22) and Bucknell (April 29).

2010-2011: Member of the varsity eight thatcompeted at the Snake Regatta (Oct. 9), placing first of 20teams...rowed for the varsity eight for all eight competitions inthe spring…varsity eight won the Sullivan Cup by defeatingGeorge Washington (April 9)…the Crusaders also defeatedBucknell (April 23) and EARC member Rutgers (April 30).

2009-2010: A member of the freshmaneight…finished first with the Crusaders’ novice‘A’ boat at the Quinsigamond Novice Challenge (Oct.24)...the freshman eight won two of its three races at the 23rdGeorge Washington Invitational (April 9-10), defeating UC San Diegoin the first race and George Washington and Gonzaga in the thirdrace…won dual-races versus Bucknell (April 18) and Rutgers(May 2).

Before Holy Cross: Salutatorian of his graduatingclass...spent four years on the rowing team, including two ascaptain...a Bronze Medalist at the 2007 Southeast RegionalChampionship Regatta...participated in the National ChampionshipRegatta Men’s Varsity 4+ in 2007...recipient of theteam’s Oarsman of the Year Award in 2007 and 2008... won the2008 Outstanding Student Award...Vice President of National HonorSociety.

Personal: Son of Brian and ElizabethMoran...father swam at Holy Cross (Class of 1986)...mother rowed atTrinity...has three brothers (Brian, Charles and Jack)...majoringin Physics.
