Biography
2012-2013:Coxswain of fourth varsity that had victories against Georgetown(April 20) and Rutgers (April 21).
2011-2012:Coxswain of the third varsity eight in five spring regattas...thirdvarsity eight won a race with Bucknell (April 29)...also was thecoxswain for the varsity four against Columbia (March31).
2010-2011: Coxswain of the varsity four thatdefeated Bucknell (Apr. 23)…also the coxswain of the varsityfour at the Eastern Sprints (May 15)…coxswain for thefreshman eight in the win over EARC member Rutgers (Apr.30)…coxswain of the varsity four that qualified for thesemifinals at the IRA National Championship (June 2-4).
Before Holy Cross: A three-year member of thevarsity rowing team at St. Augustine College PreparatorySchool…team won the New Jersey State Championship in 2008,2009 and 2010, while it won the Atlantic County Championship in2008 and 2009…was a member of a second varsity eight boatthat went to the SRAA Nationals…member of National HonorSociety and Spanish National Honor Society.
Personal: Son of John and DeborahGentile…has one sister (Stephanie)...majoring in Economics& Accounting.
