2013-2014: Memberof the varsity eight for four spring regattas…part of thevarsity eight that defeated Georgetown (April 19) to win the HealyCup, which was the first time the Crusaders had ever won the HealyCup…part of the varsity eight that placed third in thirdlevel final at the Eastern Sprints (May 18), where it defeatedGeorgetown, MIT and Rutgers…raced at the IRA NationalChampionship in the varsity eight.

2012-2013: Memberof the varsity eight for four spring regattas…part of thevarsity eight boat that placed third in the third level finals ofthe Eastern Sprints (May 19), defeating No. 20 George Washington,Rutgers and MIT…varsity eight boat was nationally ranked atNo. 20 in the USRowing men’s varsity eight poll…thefirst time the varsity eight had been ranked in this poll since May24, 2006…part of second varsity eight boat that won againstMarist (March 30)…part of varsity eight boat that wonagainst Rutgers (April 21) and Bucknell (April 28)...competed atthe IRA National Championship.

2011-2012: Memberof the freshman eight in all seven spring regattas...the freshmaneight won a race against Boston College (April 28).

Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity rowingteam for two seasons at Tabor Academy for coach WileyWakeman…as a senior, won the Harry Kakas Award foroutstanding contributions to the crew team…as a junior,earned the Roderick Beebe Award for enthusiasm andperformance…team placed fourth at the New EnglandChampionship…member of the varsity cross country team forone season, making it to the New England Championship…playedvarsity basketball for one year.

Personal: Son of Julia Burke…mothergraduated from Holy Cross in 1985…has three brothers (Brian,Thomas and George)...majoring in Math.
