2013-2014: Member of the varsity eight in threefall regattas and four spring regattas…part of the varsityeight that placed first in the Snake Regatta (Oct. 12)…racedwith the club varsity eight that placed sixth among 47 boats at theHead of the Charles (Oct. 20)…part of the varsity eight thatoutraced No. 20 UC San Diego (April 12)…member of thevarsity eight that overcame Georgetown to win the Healy Cup (April19), which was the first time the Crusaders had ever won the HealyCup...awarded IRA All-Academic honors for his strong achievementsin academics and rowing.   

2012-2013: Memberof the second varsity eight boat that won in the third level finalsof the Eastern Sprints (May 19)...part of second varsity eight boatthat won races against Marist (March 30), Georgetown (April 20) andBucknell (April 28)...competed at the IRA NationalChampionship.

2011-2012:Competed in five spring regattas...rowed for the second freshmaneight that won a race against Rutgers (April 22).

Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of thevarsity track and field team at St. John’s Prep…earnedAll-League honors as a junior and senior…ran the 400 and 600meters…team won the league championship as a junior, andmade the state championship as a junior and senior…member ofNational Honor Society and Student Council…Prep PridePresident.

Personal: Son of Peter May and EileenShannon…father played soccer at Clark...mother rowed atClark...majoring in English.
