2014-2015: Member of the third varsity eight that beat Gonzaga (4/10) and Georgetown (4/18)…raced with the third varsity eight that placed first ahead of Hobart, Williams and Bucknell (4/25)…member of the third varsity eight at both the Eastern Sprints (5/17) and the IRA National Championship (5/31).

2013-2014: Member of the second varsity eight that defeated MIT (April 5) and UC San Diego (April 12)…raced at the IRA National Championship with the second varsity eight.

2012-2013: Member of the second varsity eight boat that won in the third level final of the Eastern Sprints (May 19)… part of freshman eight boat that won a race against Marist (March 30)… member of third varsity eight boat that had victories against Georgetown (April 20) and Rutgers (April 21).

Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the Scotia-Glenville High School varsity basketball team under coach James Giammattei…team captain as a senior…named All-Conference team sophomore, junior and senior years…team won the conference title in 2011, while advancing to the sectional finals in 2011 and the regional finals in 2012…also a six-year member of the varsity golf team under coach James Hartlage...golf team captain during junior and senior years…a scholar athlete all six years…director of the Governor’s Initiative for Volunteer Excellence Special Olympics Program…member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Casey and Teresa Norton…has one brother (Grant)…cousin, Tom Gallant (Class of 2012), rowed at Holy Cross...majoring in Economics.
