Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2017, 2018).
2018 (Senior):
- Opened the season with a 25th-place finish against UNH and Providence, with a 5K time of 15:57.04 (9/1).
- Placed 118th at the National Catholic Invitational, running a five-mile time of 27:56.50 (9/14).
2017 (Junior):
- Competed in the 5k, 8k and five-mile run.
- Recorded a career-best time in the 5k (16:50) at the CCSU Mini Meet.
- Posted a season-best time in the 8k (28:20) at the Paul Short Invitational.
- Ran in the five-mile and recorded a 29:17 time at the IC4A Championships.
2016 (Sophomore):
- Recorded a career-best time of 28:18 in the 8k at the Shriner Invitational on Sept. 17.
- Posted additional 8k times of 29:31 at the Nassaney Invitational, 30:11.65 at the New England Championship and 31:30 at the IC4A Championship.
- Ran the 5k in 17:37 versus New Hampshire and Providence.
2015 (Freshman):
- Earned his best 5K time of 17:54 vs. New Hampshire and Providence.
- Also earned a 5K time of 18:32 at the Central Connecticut Mini Meet.
- Ran an 8K in a time of 30:17 at the Paul Short Invitational.
Personal:
- Majoring in Religious Studies.
