• Posted career-best mile time of 4:36.24 for 24th at the Rhode Island Coaches Invitational (Feb. 8)

AS A SENIOR IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in six of eight meets on the season
• Finished with season-best 5k (16:32.85) at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
• Posted season-best performance in 8k with time of 27:43.40 at the Patriot League Championship (Nov. 2)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in five of the 10 meets on the season
• Opened the season at the Black & Gold Invitational (Mar. 30) placing sixth in the 3000m steeplechase (10:17.18)
• Took sixth in the 3000m steeplechase (10:26.53) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (Apr. 13)
• Set a personal best in the 2000m steeplechase (6:19.21, 10th) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in two of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 1000m (2:42.80, 13th) and came in seventh the 4x800m relay (8:39.67) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Finished 10th in the mile (4:37.06) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 10)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all five meets on the season
• Came in 29th with a 6k time of 20:48.0 at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)
• Placed 52nd in the 5k with a time of 16:54.6 at the Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 9)
• Ran an 8k time of 29:24.6 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Finished 79th with a 8k time of 27.54.8 at the New England Championship (Oct. 7)
• Completed the 8k in 30:09.2 to place 106th at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 28)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in five of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase (9:57.55, third) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 8)
• Finished 14th in the 1500m (4:11.77) at the Merrimack Alumni Classic (Apr. 15)
• Finished fifth in the steeplechase with a time of 6:26.74 at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 22)
• Set a personal best in the 1500m (4:10.74, 18th) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 29)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022-23 INDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in three of the 10 meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 3000m (9:29.49, third) against New Hampshire (Jan. 22)
• Set a personal best in the mile (4:37.04, 21st) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 11)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in five of the six meets on the season
• Placed 29th in the 3.1M with a time of 16:40.9 at the Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 10)
• Set a personal best 8k time of 27:17.2 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Finished 108th in the 8k at the NEICAAA Championship with a time of 28.02.4 (Oct. 8)
• Placed 103rd with a 8.05k time of 28:28.2 at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 29)
• Ran a personal best 10k time of 34:58.0 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championship (Nov. 11)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in six of the eight meets on the season
• Claimed third in the 3000m steeplechase (10:06.74) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational (Apr. 9)
• Clinched second in the 3000m steeplechase (10.10.47) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 23)
• Set a personal best in the 800m (2:08.46, 12th) and finished sixth in the 1500m (4:12.19) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (Apr. 26)
• Finished second in the 3000m steeplechase (10:28.63) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021-22 INDOOR TRACK:

• Did not compete

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Ran a time of 37:00.3 in the 10K at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championship (11/12)
• Placed 89th in the 8K in a time of 28:02.5 at the Patriot League Championship (10/31)
• Ran a time of 16:18.8 in the 5K to place 24th at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/22)

BEFORE HOLY CROSS: 

• Four-year member of the varsity cross country team
• Team captain his senior year
• Named Team MVP honors his junior and senior year
• Named First Team All-County honors and was a State Championship qualifier his junior and senior year
• Three-year member of the varsity outdoor track and field team
• Named team captain his senior year, and won Team MVP laurels
• Steeplechase Sectional Champion and First Team All-County in 2021
• Ran one year of varsity indoor track and field
• In 2020, named First Team All-County, Monroe Country Champion in the 4x800 and sectional champion in the 4x800

PERSONAL:

• His dad, Clayton, was a member of the crew team at Harvard (Class of '88)
• His mom, Jill was a member of the crew team at Union (Class of '91)
• His twin brother, Henry, currently runs cross country and track and field teams at St. Lawrence (Class of ‘25)
• Graduated with a degree in chemistry
