CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2022)

AS A SENIOR IN 2022:

• Ran a personal best 10k time of 34:56.4 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championship (11/11). 
• Placed 97th with an 8.05k time of 28.04.3 at the Patriot League Championship (10/29). 
• Took 35th with an 8k time of 28:08.1 at the NEICAAA Championship (10/8). 
• Set a personal best 8k time of 27:22.1 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (9/30). 
• Finished 43rd in the 3.1M with a time of 16:58.2 at the Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational (9/10).
• Claimed 55th with a 5k time of 17:20.6 at the Suffolk Short Course Classic (9/2).  

AS A JUNIOR IN 2021:

• Ran a time of 28:12.0 to finish in 90th place in the 8K at the Patriot League Championship (10/31).
• Placed 68th in a season-best time of 16:27.9 in the 5K at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/22).
• Recorded a season-best time of 28:06.4 in the 8K at the New England Championship (10/9).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020:

• Did not compete. 
• Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.

• Played two seasons of soccer at Tabor Academy under head coach Ian Patrick. 
• Team advanced to state quarterfinals. 
• Also competed in two varsity seasons of crew under head coach Noel Pardo.
