2015:

• Ran a season-best 8K of 26:25 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 2.
• Also ran 8K times of 26:39 at the New England Championship on Oct. 10, and 26:49 at the Patriot League Championship on Oct. 31.
• Ran a 5K in a time of 16:42 vs. New Hampshire and Providence on Sep. 5.
• Ran his best 5 mile of the year at the IC4A Championship with a time of 26:59 on Nov. 21.
• Also Ran a 5 mile in a time of 28:42 at the National Catholic Championship on Sep. 18.
• Ran a 10K at the NCAA Northeast Regional in a time of 34:51.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2014:
• Ran career-best 8K time of 26:14.20 at the Patriot League Championship
• Top performances included New Hampshire 6K (7th on team, 20:19), the Nassaney Invitational 5K (5th on team, 16:50.60), National Catholic Championship (5th on team, 26:45.10) and Paul Short Invitational (105th, 26:24)
• Ran at the New England Championship (183rd, 26:46.21)
• Participated in seven events

2013:
• Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:37 at the New England Championship junior varsity race
• Also ran at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (104th, 29:00)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

Before Holy Cross:

• A four-year member of the varsity cross country team at Agawam High School under head coach Bob Dillon, serving as team captain in 2012
• Named first team  All-Western Mass.
• Also was a four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach, Daniel Price, serving as team captain in 2012 and 2013
• Received first team All-Western Mass. Recognition, setting the school records in the 4x400m relay, 4x800m relay, 600m, 800m, one-mile, two-mile and 1,000m runs
• Finished sixth at the All-State meet in the 1,000m race and was the 1000m and 800m Western Mass. Champion
• Served as a member of the National Honor Society

• Has two brothers (Chris and Anthony) and one sister (Cassie)
• His cousin, John Curto, graduated from Holy Cross (Class of 2008)
• Majoring in psychology
