Career Honors:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2018).

2018 (Junior):

• Ran a season-best 8K time of 28:51.89 at the New England Championships, finishing 92^nd in the sub-varsity race (10/6).
• Posted a 5K time of 16:58.9 at the Central Connecticut Mini Meet, finishing 81^st (10/19).
• Placed 59^th in the Coaches’ Division race at the IC4A Championships, with a 4.97-mile time of 27:10.

2017 (Sophomore):

• Competed in the five-mile run, 5k and 8k.
• Ran the five-mile with a time of 30:31 at the IC4A Championships.
• Posted a personal best in the 8k with a time of 27:21 at the Paul Short Invitational.

2016 (Freshman):

• Posted top 8k performance at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 1 with a time of 27:22.
• Also ran the 8k in 28:11 at the Nassaney Invitational, 29:16 at the Shriner Invitational, 28:13.47 at the New England Championship, 29:25.7 at the Patriot League Championship and 30:19 at the IC4A Championship.
• Ran the 5k in 17:35 versus New Hampshire and Providence.

 Before Holy Cross:

• Ran four years of cross country and three years of track at Roman Catholic High School under head coaches  Kevin Verbrugghe, Bob Fortunato, and Mike Monaghan, serving as team captain his senior year.
• Named team MVP during his freshman year for cross country and MVP for indoor track during his senior year.
• Named first team All-Catholic for outdoor track his sophomore year.
• Set school records in the 800-meter run as well as the indoor and outdoor DMR.
• Notched a top time of 17:22 in the 5K, 4:35 in the one mile and 1:56 in the 800m during his senior year.
• Served as a member of the National Honor Society.

 Personal:

• Son of Bill and Cassandra Doughty.
• Has two brothers (Bill and John) and two sisters (Ali and Mary Cate).
• Majoring in economics and visual arts.
