• Broke the long-standing outdoor mile school record of 55 years with a time of 3:59.75 to win the event at the Friar Invitational (Apr. 11)
• Broke his own outdoor 800m school record, for the second time in the season, winning the event (1:49.33) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)
• Came in fifth place in the 1500m (3:52.09) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3)
• Won the 1500m (3:44.68) at the Battle Road Twilight Meet 1 (May 10)
• Broke his own 1500m school record, winning the event (3:40.18) and qualifying for the NCAAA East Regional (ranked 33rd in the East and 75th in the nation) at  the MIT Final Qualifier (May 15)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Served as a track and field team captain

• Won the 3000m with a time of 8:27.15 at the UMass Winter Opener (Jan. 12)
• Won the 1000m with a time of 2:26.98 at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Clinched second in the mile (4:04.87) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Broke the 55-year-old indoor mile school record (4:00.38, second) at the Showdown at The Heights (Feb. 7) to earn Patriot League Track Athlete of the Week honors (Feb. 11)
• Broke the 11-year-old 1000m school record (2:21.16, third) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14)
• Helped the distance medley relay (DMR) team break the indoor school record (9:55.16, third, bronze medal) and clinched second and the silver medal in the mile (4:01.94) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Mar. 2) to be named Second Team All-Patriot League

• Led Crusaders with season-best 5k time of 14:55.12 for 10th at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
• Paced the Crusaders, placing 43rd in the 8k (25:07.70) at the Patriot League Championship (Nov. 2)
• Registered a season-best 10k time of 32:08.92 at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 15)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Set a personal best in the 800m (1:53.18, fourth) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 7)
• Took second in the 1500m (3:55.36) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)
• Clinched third for the bronze medal in the 1500m (3:46.07) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
