• Set a personal best in the 6k with a time of 20:48.6 for 30th at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)
• Finished 102nd with a 5k time of 17:42.0 at the Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 9)
• Completed the 8k in 28:02.6 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Set a personal best 8k time of 27:22.6 for 62nd place at the New England Championship (Oct. 7)
• Came in 86th with an 8k time of 27:51.7 at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 30)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in five of the nine meets on the season
• Took 11th in the 5000m (16:13.48) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 8)
• Finished 16th in the 1500m (4:12.83) at the Merrimack Alumni Classic (Apr. 15)
• Placed 18th in the 1500m (4:16.75) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:42.38) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 22)
• Set a personal best in the 5000m (16:03.01, first) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 29)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2022-23 INDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in six of the 10 meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 3000m (9:41.72, 20th) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 3)
• Set a personal best in the mile (4:38.99, 21st) at the Boston University Mini Meet (Dec. 17)
• Set a personal best in the 1000m (2:47.84, sixth) and finished third in the 4x800m relay (8:44.49) at the dual meet with New Hampshire (Jan. 22)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Set a personal best 5k time of 17:14.3 at the Suffolk Short Course Classic, finishing 49th (Sept. 2)
• Came in 78th with a 3.1M time of 17:37.2 at the Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 10)
• Finished 372nd with a 8k time of 27:57.3 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Took 36th with an 8k time of 28:09.4 at the NEICAAA Championship (Oct. 8)
• Placed 104th with an 8.05k time of 28:29.7 at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 29)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in four of the eight meets on the season
• Placed 12th in the 1500m (4:21.07) at the UNH Wildcat Invite (Apr. 9)
• Finished 12th in the 5000m (16:50.77) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 23)
• Set a personal best in the 800m (2:11.24, 14th) and finished 11th in the 1500m (4:17.21) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (Apr. 26)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in two of the eight meets on the season
• Made his cross country debut at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race, running a 5K time of 18:12.5 (Sept. 11)
• Set a personal best in the 5 mile with a time of 29:03.1 for 184th place at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 18)
• Ran a time of 30:12.6 in the 8K at the New England Championship (Oct. 9)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in two of the seven meets on the season
• Placed 14th in the 1500m (4:33.54) against Rhode Island (Feb. 21)
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2020-21 INDOOR TRACK:

• Placed 12th in the 3000m (10:24.21) at the Patriot League Challenge (Feb. 28)

• Four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams at Chelmsford High School under head coach Brian Cane
• Captain his senior year
• Received team’s John R. Carson Cross Country Award
• Lowell Sun All Star in 2018 and 2019
• MVC All-Conference first team selection in 2018 and 2019, while also earning second team honors in 2017 for cross country
• MVC All-Conference second team selection for both indoor and outdoor track in 2019
• Member of the National Honor Society
