AS A SENIOR IN 2021:
- Placed 91st with an 8K time of 28:15.6 at the Patriot League Championship (10/31)
- Ran a season-best time of 27:43.0 to place 126th in the 8K at the New England Championship (10/9)
- Finished in 56th place with a 5K time of 16:32.3 at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race (9/11)
AS A JUNIOR IN 2020:
- Placed 45th at the Patriot League Championship, running a time of 24:29.5Â on the 4.7-mile road course.
- Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019:
- Competed at the NCAA Northeast Region Championship, with a 10K time of 32:19.8 (11/15).
- Finished in 33rd place at Patriot League Championship, running an 8K time of 26:36.1 (11/2).Â
- Ran a personal-best 8K of 25:28.8 at Paul Short Run, placing 67th (10/5).Â
- Placed 28th at National Catholic Invitational, running a five-mile time of 26.47.7 (9/20).Â
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018:
- Placed 76th at the Patriot League Championships, running an 8K time of 28:07.4 (10/27).
- Placed 206th at the NCAA Northeast Region Championship, with a 10K time of 36:35.3 (11/9).
- Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:10.5 at the Nassaney Invitational, placing 53rd (9/8).
- Competed at the National Catholic Invitational, running an 8K time of 28:12.03 to finish 129th (9/14).
BEFORE HOLY CROSS:
- Four-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Keith Madaras.
- Served as captain senior year.
- Named Most Improved (2016), MVP (2017), Third team all-conference (2016) and First team all-conference (2017).
- Led team to win the conference championship and qualify for state (2016 and 2017).
- Finished 12th at state in 2017 and 20th in 2016.
- Set school record in the 5k (16:01) (2017).
- Also a four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach James Hentges.
- Served as captain senior year.
- Received the Coaches Award (2017-18).
- Runner-up in 4x800 (2016-17), Third team all-conference 1600m (2017-18).
- Received the Fred Dafler Sportsmanship Award (OHSAA, 2017-18).
