AS A SENIOR IN 2021:

Ran a 10K time of 35:57.9 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championship (11/12)
Placed 100th with an 8K time of 28:48.1 at the Patriot League Championship (10/31)
Finished 128th at the New England Championship in a 8K time of 27:54.4 (10/9)
Ran a season-best time of 27:26.2 in the 8K at the Paul Short Run (10/1)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2020:

Placed 55th at the Patriot League Championship, running a time of 25:02.2 on the 4.7-mile road course.
Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019:

Competed at NCAA Northeast Regional, placing 212nd in a 10K time of 32:52.6 (11/15).
Placed 90th at the Patriot League Championship in an 8K time of 28:36.8 (11/2).
Ran a personal best of 27:16.8 in the 8K at the Shawn Nassaney Memorial Invitational, placing 65th (9/7)
Finished 38th at New England Championship, clocking in at 27:47.5 (10/12).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018:

Placed 103^rd at the Patriot League Championships in an 8K time of 29:33.4 (10/27).
Had a season-best 8K time of 27:34.5 while placing 63^rd at the Nassaney Invitational (9/8).
Ran a season-best 5K at the Central Connecticut State Mini Meet, clocking in at 16:42.8 and placing 76^th (10/19).
Finished 128^th overall at the IC4A Championships, posting a time of 25:47 in the 4.97-mile course (11/17).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

Four-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Mark Frank.
Served as captain senior year.
Named Ohio Capital Conference Runner of the Year (2017).
Earned all-conference first team (2017), all district (2017), regional qualifier and USATF All-American (2017).
Also a four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach Greg Flecher.
Served as captain senior year.
Earned all conference and all district in 2018.
Was a Siemens National Science and Math competition finalist.
