• Competed in six of the 12 meets of the season
• Posted a campaign-best time in the 1500m (3:48.51, 10th) and the 800m (1:50.15, eighth) at the UCF Black and Gold Invitational (Mar. 21-22)
• Had a season-best mile time of 4:06.02 for fifth at the Friar Invitational (Apr. 11)
• Claimed second in 800m (1:50.64) at Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)
• Took fourth in the 1500m (3:51.26) at the Patriot League Championship (May 3)
• Posted a 1500m time of 3:52.02 to clinch second at the Battle Road Twilight Meet 1 (May 10)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in eight of the 11 meets on the season
• Posted a season-best 3000m time of 8:31.75 for third at the UMass Winter Opener (Jan. 12)
• Won the 800m with a time of 1:55.35 at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Took fourth in the mile (4:09.02) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Ran to season-best 800m time of 1:50.89 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14)
• Helped the distance medley relay (DMR) team break the indoor school record (9:55.16, third, bronze medal) and was a member of the seventh-place 4x800m team (7:49.42) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Mar. 2)
• Won the mile and the gold with a time of 4:10.29 at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Mar. 8)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in five of eight meets on the season
• Holy Cross top finisher three times
• Earned his first collegiate win with a 5k season-best time of 15:49.68 at the Wheaton & Babson Season Opener (Aug. 31)
• Placed 13th in the 8k (25:19.44) at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 21)
• Posted a team-best 8k time of 25:06.08 for 12th at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)
• Led Holy Cross with a season-best 8k time (24:38.90, seventh) at the New England Championships (Oct. 11)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in six of the 10 meets on the season
• Opened the season at the Sam Howell Invitational (Mar. 30) setting a personal best in the 800m (1:54.02, 17th)
• Finished sixth in the 1500m (3:55.25) and ninth in the 4x400m relay (3:35.90) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 7)
• Took fifth in the 800m (1:55.09) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (Apr. 13)
• Broke the school record in the 2000m steeplechase (6:02.03, third) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20, 2024)
• Set a personal best in the 1500m prelim (3:50.86, 12th) and came in 13th in the final (4:02.20) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
• Placed sixth in the 800m (1:54.14) and third in the 4x800m relay (7:43.79) for the bronze medal at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 11)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in six of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 1000m (2:37.52, sixth) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 2)
• Finished sixth in the 800m (1:57.49) and won the 4x800m (7:57.38) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Set a personal best in the mile (4:16.18, 18th) and placed eighth in both the 4x800m (7:52.29) and the distance medley relay (10:04.97) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all five meets on the season
• Earned 20th place with a 6k time of 19:40.4 at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)
• Came in 35th with a 5k time of 16:10.9 at the Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 9)
• Completed the 8k in 26:50.6 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Finished 41st with an 8k time of 26:52.9 at the New England Championship (Oct. 7)
• Placed 46th with an 8k time of 26:33.6 at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 28)

• Four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams at Woburn Memorial under head coach James Fletcher
• Captain for the cross country and track teams his senior year.
• Cross Country/Track MVP in 2021, 2022 and 2023
• Middlesex League Cross Country MVP in 2023
• Owns the school record in the 5k, 3 mile and 2k steeplechase
• 12x Middlesex League All-Star
• 8x All Conference selection
• Member of the Wrestling team with a career record of 104-22
