• Ran in the New England Championship (121st, 25:58.90), Patriot League Championship (60th, 25:59), NCAA Northeast Regional (206th, 33:53.65) and IC4A Championship 5 mile (34th, 26:59.60)

2013:
• Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:01 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 5
• Also ran at the National Catholic Championship (2nd on team, 26:10.90), the New England Championship (67th, 26:10) and the Patriot League Championship (44th, 26:51.35)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
• Member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee

2012:
• Ran a career-best 8K time of 24:58.82 at the New England Championship
• Finished 10th of 293 runners at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 25:35
• Also ran at the Harry Lang Invitational (28th, 21:13.0), National Catholic Championship (42nd, 26:00)
• Ran in the Patriot League Championship (31st, 26:37.3) and NCAA Northeast Regional (139th, 32:53.1)
• Participated in six events and led team in each race
• Earned Patriot League Male Runner of the Week honors for Oct. 1-7.

2011:
• Ran a season-best time of 26:02 at the National Catholic Championship on Sept. 16
• Placed 16th of 47 at the Blue Devil Invitational with a time of 27:49
• Also ran in the Paul Short Invitational (296th, 28:54)

Before Holy Cross:
• Attended William Tennent High School in Warminster, Pa.
