2016:

• Ran his season-best 8k time of 28:19 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 17.
• Also ran the 8k at the Nassaney Invitational (29:18), Patriot League Championship (29:30), Paul Short Invitational (28:41), IC4A Championship (30:33) and New England Championship (28:31.88)
• Ran the 5k in 17:44 versus Providence and New Hampshire. 
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015:

• Ran season-best 5K time of 16:58 at the Central Connecticut Mini-Meet on Oct. 23.
• Earned his top 8K time of the season at 28:43 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 2.
• Ran a 5 mile race at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational in a time of 29:12.
• Also ran a 5K vs. New Hampshire and Providence in 18:16, and an 8K at the New England Championship in 29:21.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014:

• Ran season-best 8K time of 29:46.39 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational
• Also ran versus New Hampshire with a 6K time of 22:07.60

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the varsity cross country team at Earl L. Vandermuelen High School
• 2013 team captain
• Earned All-League honors in 2013
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor track team
• Team captain for the 2013 and 2014 seasons
