• Helped the 4x400m relay team to fourth (3:29.34) and had a season-best 800m time (1:55.15, fifth) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)
• Aided the 4x800m relay to eighth (7:53.73) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in eight of the 11 meets on the season
• Finished 11th in the mile (4:32.28) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 7)
• Set a season-best 1000m time (2:36.17, 14th) and aided the 4x400m relay to seventh (3:36.67) at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Had a season-best mile time of 4:27.68 at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Placed fifth as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:25.00) and finished ninth in the 800m (1:57.86) at the Showdown at The Heights (Feb. 8)
• Helped the distance medley relay (DMR) team break the indoor school record with a time of 9:55.16 for third place and the bronze medal at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Mar. 2)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in one of the eight meets on the season
• Ran personal-best 5k time of 16:39.72 at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in five of the 10 meets on the season
• Opened the season at the Black & Gold Invitational (Mar. 30) setting a personal best in the 800m (1:59.96, 17th)
• Finished ninth in the 4x400m relay (3:35.90) at the UMass Flagship Invitational (Apr. 7)
• Set a personal best in the 1500m (4:08.93, 14th) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 27)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in four of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 1000m (2:39.48, 10th) and placed sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:38.61) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 2)
• Set a personal best in the mile (4:35.83, ninth) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 10)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in one of the five meets on the season
• Placed 45th in the 6k with a time of 22:11.2 at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)

• Competed in three of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 3000m (9:21.20, 10th) at the Merrimack Alumni Classic (Apr. 15)
• Took 14th in the 1500m (4:11.91) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 22)
• Placed 17th in the 800m (2:03.47) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 29)

• Competed in five of the 10 meets on the season
• Took ninth in the 1000m (2:42.54) and eighth in the 4x400m relay (3:52.19) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 3)
