AS A FRESHMAN IN 2025 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in three of the 12 meets on the season
• Posted a season-best 5000m time (15:29.00, 27th) at the Bryant Black and Gold Invitational (Mar. 29)
• Registered a campaign-leading 1500m performance with a time of 4:22.04 at the Julia LaFreniere Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 13)
• Placed sixth in 5000m (16:41.81) at Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in four of the 11 meets on the season
• Posted a season-best mile time of 4:29.12 for 21st at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Finished the 3000m with a campaign-best 8:59.05 time at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all eight meets on the season
• Crossed the 5k finish at 17:29.43 in his collegiate debut at the Wheaton & Babson Season Opener (Aug. 31)
• Posted campaign-best 5k time of 15:31.12 at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
• Ran a season-best 8k time of 26:23.80 at the Patriot League Championship (Nov. 2)
• Registered a season-best 10k time of 34:52.82 at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 15)

• Three-year varsity member of the cross country and track and field teams at Xavier HS in Middletown, Conn. under head coach Chris Stonier
• Served as a cross country captain his senior year
• Seven-time SCC First Team selection for track and field
• Two-time First Team All-State selection for track and field
• Two-time Academic All-State Selection for track and field
• 2024 outdoor track and field New Balance Nationals All-American in the 4xmile relay
• 10-time SCC Conference Champions
• Seven-time Class L State Champions
• Career PRs: Mile (4:21.13), 800m (1:59.3) and 3200m (9:17.99)
