Holy Cross Athletics

Jeff Paterno enters his eighth year with the Holy Cross cross country teams in 2022-23. 

A 1996 graduate of Holy Cross, Paterno earned All-Patriot League and All-New England accolades, including Patriot League and New England indoor championships in the 1000m in 1995.

Prior to his return to Holy Cross, Paterno was an assistant at MIT from 2006 to 2011, helping the team to multiple NEWMAC and New England Regional titles. Paterno was also the head coach of Somerville High School Cross Country in 2007-2008, and was undefeated capturing two Greater Boston League championships.
