Here is how it works. (It seems lengthy, but it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it, and you can always call 844-GOCROSS and we'll be happy to help you.)
1. Visit www.goholycross.com
2. Hover over the white TICKETS in the purple banner then click TICKET CENTRAL
3. Scroll down the page and click the MY ACCOUNT button to log in
4. Once logged in, you'll notice in purple in the top right corner Active Promotions- 2023-24 Flex Pass. This is how you'll know that your account is good to go!
5. Next, click the drop-down menu for the sport that you'd like tickets for and click BUY TICKETS
6. Scroll down and click BUY TICKETS for the game of your choice.
7. For all sports (except men's basketball) see the orange bar at the top of the screen and click the purple CLICK HERE.
8. Next, under prices, select the radio button next to the General Admission price. It starts with $0. (For Men's Basketball, it will be Reserved Chairback, not General Admission)
9. After selecting the radio button, below you can choose the quantity of tickets you’d like next to Complimentary - Flex Pass (2023-24 Flex Pass) (Max 10)*
10. Note that you can redeem flex vouchers for up to 10 game tickets. Each time you log in redeem vouchers for tickets, the Max will change to accurately reflect the number of vouchers you have remaining for use.
11. Click the purple CONTINUE button on the bottom.
12. If football tickets an add-on for a parking pass will appear. Click close if all set or click to purchase parking.
13. On the next screen, review your order and either click the purple Continue button at the bottom right or Continue shopping to the left to redeem vouchers for additional games.
14. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction and within seconds you will receive an email with your tickets.
