2016-2017:

• Competed in the 400, 800, 1,000 and 1,500-meter runs, 1 mile run, 4 x 400 and 4 x 800-meter Relays
• Recorded career-best times in the 400-meter run (57.22) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite, 800-meter run (2:08.05) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/5), in the 1,000-meter run (2:50.95) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships and in the 1 mile run (4:55.02) at the Tiger’s All Comers Invitational (1/14)
• Placed third in the 4 x 400-meter Relay (4:04.31) at the URI Coaches Tribute Invitational (2/4)
• Also placed third in the 4 x 800-meter Relay (8:54.61) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Finished second in the 800-meter run (2:10.43) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Qualified for the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships and finished first in the 1,000-meter run (2:50.95) and fifth in the 4 x 800-meter Relay (9:23.86)
• Also, qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 800-meter run and finished second (2:09.71)
• Qualified for the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships and finished third in the 4 x 800-meter Relay (8:59.20), eighth in the 4 x 400-meter Relay (3:54.54) and first in the 800-meter run (2:08.05)
• Advanced to the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships and finished third in the 800-meter run (2:08.52)
• Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the 800-meter (2:12.66)
• Broke Holy Cross Record for the 800-meter run (2:09.29) at the U Mass Minutemen Invitational (4/15) and then re-set the record at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (2:08.05)
• Broke Holy Cross Record for the 400-meter run (57.22) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite
• Named C&R Tire Crusader of the Week twice
• Named to Academic All-Patriot League and Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015-2016:

• Set a new school record in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:26.23 at the ECAC Championship (5/13)
• Led the Crusaders in the 1,000-meter run with a career-best time of 2:52.65 at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19)
• Also competed in 500m, 800m and one-mile runs
• Posted career-best times in the 800m (2:13.63) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/24) and in the one-mile (5:03.67) at the Central Connecticut Invitational (4/2)
• Recorded a season-best time of 1:18.33 500m in the at the Joe Donahue Games (1/23)
• Competed as a member of the 4x400m relay team that notched a team-best time of 3:52.40 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6)
• Also ran as part of the 4x800m relay team that registered a team-best time of 8:54.02 for a second place finish at the Patriot league Indoor Championship (2/19)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in the 400, 800, 1,000 and 1,500-meter and one mile runs
• Also competed on the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relay teams
• Ran season-best times in the 400 (59.87) at the Brown Springtime Open, in the 800 (2:13.43) at the Valentine Invitational, the 1,000 (3:01.94)  versus New Hampshire, the 1,500 (4:45.61) at the Tiger Classic and in the one mile (5:12.05) at the Terrier Invitational
• Member of the 4x800-meter relay team who placed first (8:52.33) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship and earned first team All-Patriot League. 

Before Holy Cross:

• Two-year member of the varsity cross country team at Camp Hill High School
• 2013 team captain
• Earned second team Mid-Penn honors
• Set a personal record with a 5K time of 20:11.55
• Four-year member of the varsity track and field team
• 2014 team captain
• Won the 3,200 meter Mid-Penn championship
• Set the school record in the 1,600 meter race
• Named Mid-Penn All-Star in 2013
• Earned first team Carlisle Sentinel and second team Mid-Penn honors in 2014
• Member of National French Honor Society.
