Holy Cross Athletics

2016-2017:

• Competed in the 500, 800 and 1,00-meter runs, 4 x 400 and 4 x 800-meter Relays
• Posted career-best times in the 500-meter run (1:19.27) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/10), in the 800-meter run (2:13. 96) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/17), in the 1,000-meter run (2:58.96) at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/27)
• Qualified for and finished in third place for the 4 x 800-meter Relay (8:54.61) and in fifth for the 800-meter run (2:13.96) the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Also qualified for and finished in fifth place for the 4 x 800-meter Relay (9:23.86) and in seventh place for the 1,000-meter run (2:59.97) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships
• Qualified for IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (3/3)
• Finished in third in the 4 x 800-meter Relay (8:59.20) and 14th in the 800-meter run (2:16.60) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships

2015-2016:

• Competed in the 400, 800 and 1,000-meter runs
• Recorded career-best times in the 400m (59.94) at the Minuteman Invitational (4/16), in the 800m (2:17.00) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6) and in the 1,000m (2:59.40) at the New England Indoor Championship (2/26)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in the 400-meter dash and the 800 and 1,000-meter and one mile runs
• Also competed on the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relay teams
• Posted season-high times in the 400 (1:02.83) at the Minutemen Invitational, in the 800 (2:18.33) at the Brown Springtime Open, the 1,000 (3:04.10) at the Terrier Invitational and the one mile (5:31.53) at the Joe Donahue Games. 

Before Holy Cross:

• Three-year member of the varsity cross country team at Norwalk High School
• 2013 team captain
• Earned Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Award
• Named to second team All-FCIAC in 2013
• Set a 5K personal record of 19:51
• Four-year member of the varsity indoor track team
• Team captain in 2013 and 2014
• Earned the FCIAC Scholar-Athlete Award
• Named to first team All-FCIAC in 2012 and second team All-FCIAC in 2014
• Holds school records in the 600 meter and the 1,000 meter races
• Four year member of the varsity outdoor track team
• Named to All-FCIAC second team in 2013 and 2014
• Member of National Honor Society.

• Majoring in Political Science and History
