2013-2014:
• Competed in long jump, shot put, high jump, pole vault, 55 and 60 meter hurdles and 800
• Recorded career-best indoor times in the 800 meter (2:41.28) at the Rhode Island Pentathlon (Dec. 6), 55 meter hurdles (9.27) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18), 60 meter hurdles (10.09) against Maine (Feb. 1), high jump (1.60m) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24), pole vault (3.35m) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7) and career-best outdoor times in pole vault (3.40m) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 8)
• Recorded season-best times in the long jump (4.73m) and shot put (8.69m) at the Rhode Island Pentathlon (Dec. 6) and high jump (1.50m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Competed in the heptathlon including the 200, 800, 100 hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot put and javelin
• Also competed in the 4x400 relay and pole vault
• Recorded a season-best score in the heptathlon (3,554) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4)
• Posted career-best scores in the high jump (1.56m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship, long jump (4.81m) at the Holy Cross home meet (April 20) and pole vault (3.07m) at the Dick Shea Open (March 30)
• Also recorded season-best scores in the 200 meter (29.45),800 meter (2:47.25) and shot put (8.96m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship and 100 hurdles (16.39) and javelin (26.15m) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 28)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011-2012:
• Competed in the 55 hurdles, 60 hurdles, high jump, pole vault and long jump
• Posted season-best marks in the 55 hurdles (9.70) and high jump (1.43m) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 3), and 60 hurdles (10.98), pole vault (3.05m) and long jump (4.36m) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Six-year member of the varsity track and field team at Pine Bush High School for head coach Gerald Risco
• Served as team captain senior year
• Varsity 845 indoor track & field All-Star team member
• Set school records in the pole vault, pentathlon and triple jump events
• Finished ninth at the 2011 New Balance Indoor Nationals in the shuttle hurdle relay as the team set a school record
• Section 9 pole vault champion
• NYS championship competitor in pole vault and high jump in 2011
• Also a member of the varsity swimming and diving team for head coach Christopher Blackwell
• Named team’s most valuable diver in 2009
• Also a member of the club team Hudson Valley Flying Circus for head coaches Hugh Cauthers and Tim St. Lawrence as a pole vaulter
• Served as Treasurer for National Honor Society.
