Holy Cross Athletics

2015-2016:

• Ran as a member of the 4x100m relay team that posted a team-best time of 47.75 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6)
• Competed in the 55m, 60m, 100m and 200m dashes, as well as the high jump
• Recorded career-best times in the 55m (7.59) at New Hampshire (1/16), in the 60m (8.16) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19) and in the 100m (12.84) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/24)
• Posted a season-best time of 27.20 in the 200m at the Joe Donahue Games (1/22) and tallied a season-best height of 1.40m in the high jump at New Hampshire (1/16)

2014-2015: 

• Competed in the 55, 60 and 100-meter dashes and high jump
• Posted career-best times in the 55 (7.73) versus New Hampshire, in the 60 (8.22) at the Joe Donahue Games and in high jump (1.47m) versus Maine
• Recorded season-best time in the 100 (13.09) at the Holy Cross Invitational.

2013-2014:

• Ran in the 55, 60, 100 and high jumpRecorded career-best times/distance in the 55
• meter (7.84) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18), 60 meter (8.42) against Maine (Feb. 1), 100 meter (13.08) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19) and the high jump (1.45m) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 27).

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field team at Danvers High School
• Named Outstanding Freshman in 2010, Unsung Hero in 2011, MVP in 2012-2013 and Salem News All-Star in indoor track in 2011-2013
• Set school indoor track and field record in the 55 meter
• Named Rookie of the Year in 2010, 2013 NEC All-Star and 2012-2013 Salem News All-StarSet school outdoor records in the 100 meter dash (12.79) and 300 meter (26.60).

Personal:

• Daughter of Kontantinos and Anastasia Pantzelos
• Has one brother (Athanasios) and two sisters (Maria and Sophia)
• Sister Maria runs track and field at Providence College
• Majoring in Biology
