Holy Cross Athletics

2016-2017:

• Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs
• Posted career-best times in the 3,000-meter run (10:23.55) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/10) and in the 5,000-meter run (17:54.29) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/12)
• Finished 20th overall in the 3,000-meter run (10:38.39) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/17) and 19 overall (10:41.29) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/24)
• Placed 15 in the 5,000-meter run (17:59.33) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships and 19 overall in the 5,000-meter run (17:54.29) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

2015-2016:

• Competed in 1,000, 1,500, one-mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs
• Posted a career-best time in the 5,000m (18:54.73) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/24)
• Recorded season-best times in the 1,000m (3:09.16) at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/6), in the 1,500m (5:13.34) at New Hampshire (4/9), in the one-mile (5:30.25) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/12) and in the 3,000m (11:32.19) at New Hampshire (1/16)

2014-2015:

• Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter and one mile runs
• Ran season-best times in the 3,000 (10:55.95)  versus Maine, in the 5,000 (19:46.43) at the Holy Cross Invitational and the one mile (5:29.05) at the Joe Donahue Games. 

Before Holy Cross:

• Member of the varsity cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams at Austin Prep
• Ran a personal best 5K time of 19:18.6
• Earned Boston Globe All-Star honors in 2012 and 2013
• Named Catholic Central League MVP in 2013.
