Holy Cross Athletics

2015-2016:

• Led the Crusaders in the triple jump, setting a new school record of 11.81m at the New England Outdoor Championship (5/13)
• Also competed in the 200 and 800-meter runs, the 60 and 100-meter hurdles, the long jump, shot put, javelin and indoor pentathlon
• Posted season-best times in the 200m (28.05) at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/9), in the 800m (2:35.06) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19), in the 60m hurdles (9.74) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19) and in the 100m hurdles (17.29) at the Minuteman Invitational (4/26)
• Recorded season-best height in the high jump (1.54m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19) and posted the season-best distance in the long jump (5.37m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6)
• Notched season-best distances in the shot put (9.58m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19) and in the javelin (28.09m) at the Minuteman Invitational (4/16)
• Tallied a score of 3208 in the indoor pentathlon at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19)
• Also ran in the 4x400m relay
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:

• Competed in the 60-meter hurdles and the long and triple jump
• Set Holy Cross record in the triple jump (11.50m) at High Point VertKlasse
• Recorded career-best time in the 60-meter hurdles (9.97) at the Joe Donahue Games and career-best distance in long jump (5.35m) at the Wesleyan Invitational. 

2013-2014:

• Competed in the long jump and triple jump
• Recorded career-best distances in the long jump (5.30m) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7) and set a Holy Cross record in the triple jump (11.31m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 21)
• Posted season-best distances in the long jump (5.23m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19) and triple jump (11.25m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the Amity Regional Senior High School outdoor track and field team
• Competed in jumps/sprints and multis and was named team captain during senior season
• Named MVP (2012-2013), most outstanding performer (2011), New Haven Register All-Area & Athlete of the Week (2013), and Connecticut Post All-Star (2013)…named to All-SCC, All-State and All-New England teams
• Set school record in triple jump (38’2) and 4x1 (49.80)\
• Placed first in 2012-2013 state heptathlon in long jump, triple jump and 4x100m relay
• Three year member of the indoor track team
• Ran jumps/sprints
• Named team captain during senior season and won MVP (2009)
• Named to All-SCC (2010-2013), All-State (2010-2013), All-New England (2012-2013) teams
• Named New Haven Register All-Area and Connecticut Post All-Star
• Set school record in triple jump (33’11)
• Played two years of defense on the varsity soccer team
• Ran track and field for the New Haven Age Group club team
• Was an AP scholar.
