2018-2019 Indoor (Senior):

2017-18 Track & Field:

• Competed in the 400m (indoor/outdoor) for the Crusaders.
• Posted season-best time in 400m (indoor) of 51.68 at 2017 Husky Indoor Invitational.
• Ran season-best time in 400m (outdoor) of 51.18 at the Holy Cross Invitational.

2016-2017:

• Competed in the 400-meter dash and the 4 x 400-meter Relay.
• Finished fifth in the 400-meter dash (56.51) at the UNH vs Holy Cross meet (1/21).
• Placed first in the 400-meter dash (53.52) at the Maine and Holy Cross Men Duel Meet (2/4).
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2015-2016:

• Competed in 200m, 400m, and 500m dashes.
• Recorded career-best times in the 200m (24.53) at New Hampshire (1/16), in the 400m (50.69) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/30) and in the 500m (1:09.88) at the Joe Donahue Games (1/22).
• Also competed as part of the 4x400m relay team.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:

• Competed in three seasons of indoor track and one season of outdoor track at Glastonbury.
• Earned Most Improved accolade his sophomore year, Hartwell Award his junior year, Carl Peterson Award and Coaches Award his senior year.
• Named All-Conference his senior year.
• Team won Conference Championship his senior year.
• Also played two varsity seasons of baseball.
• Co-President of Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
• Member of National Honor Society, Mu Alfa Theta, Science National Honor Society and an AP Scholar.

Personal:

• Son of Sean and Karen.
• Karen graduated from Holy Cross in 1987.
• Has one sister (Shealagh).
• Shealagh currently attends Holy Cross. 
• Has not yet declared a major
