Holy Cross Athletics

2016-2017:

• Competed in the shot put, weight throw and discus throw
• Posted career-best distance in the shot put (14.72m) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite (4/29)
• Recorded season-best distance in the weight throw (14.05m) at the Maine and Holy Cross Men Dual Meet (2/4)
• Finished fifth in the shot put (13.70m) at the Maine and Holy Cross Men Dual Meet (2/4)
• Also finished third in the shot put (13.70m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/22)
• Placed first in the discus throw (43.52m) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite (4/29)
• Qualified for and finished 11th in the shot put (14.38m) and 15th in the discus throw (42.77m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/5)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015-2016:

• Led the Crusaders with a team-best distance in the discus throw of 42.60m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6)
• Also competed in the shot put, recording a season-best distance of 13.87m at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/30)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in shot put and discus
• Cleared season-best distances in shot put (14.03m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship and in discus (43.81m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship. 

Before Holy Cross:

• Played for head coach Rob Currin at Alden HighSchool in Alden, N.Y.
• Served as team captain during his seniorseason
• Helped lead team to two league championships and a sectiontitle
• Totaled 109 tackles and 14 quarterback sacks during hishigh school career, including 64 tackles and nine sacks in hissenior season
• Also a member of the varsity track and fieldteam.
