Holy Cross Athletics

2014-2015:  
• Competed in the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run
• Also competed on the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relay teams
• Posted season-best times in the 400 (54.31) at the Holy Cross Invitational and the 800 (2:00.64) at the Holy Cross Classic.

2013-2014:
• Ran in 400, 500, 600 and 800
• Ran career-best times in 400 meter (52.30) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19) and 800 meter (1:57.85) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22)
• Ran season-best times in 500 meter (1:12.01) against Maine (Feb. 1) and 600 meter (1:28.41) at the Harvard Season Open (Dec. 7)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 400, 500, 800, 1,500 and 4x400 relay
• Recorded season-best times in the 400 meter (55.37) at the UMass Invitational (April 13), 500 meter (1:11.31) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 8), 800 meter (2:00.73) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 24) and 1,500 meter (4:50.55) at the Dick Shea Open (March 30).

Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Colonie Central H.S. under head coach Dennis King
• Named team captain as a senior
• Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that placed first at the 2011 Outdoor Sectionals
• Also part of the 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relay teams that won Indoor Sectional titles in 2011
• A two-year member of the varsity cross country team
• Named team captain as a senior … member of National Honor Society.
