2015-2016:

• Competed in the 400m, 800m, 1,000m, 1,500m and one mile runs
• Also competed as part of the 4x800m and 4x400m relay teams
• Recorded career-best times in the 400m (54.11) at Maine (2/6), in the 800m (1:54.38) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (2/16), in the 1,000m (2:31.90) at the Joe Donahue Games (1/22), in the 1,500m (3:57.70) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6) and in the one mile (4:27.38) versus New Hampshire (1/16)
• His time of 3:57.70 in the 1,500m ranked a team-best
• Ran as part of the 4x800m relay team that ran a team-best time of 7:34.33 at the Patriot League Indoor Championship on 2/19 and notched a fourth-place finish
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in the 500, 800 and 1,000-meter and one mile runs
• Also competed on the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relay teams
• Ran  career-high times in the 800 (1:54.27)  at the New England Indoor Championship, in the 1,000 (2:29.31) at the Valentine Invitational and the one mile (4:28.57) versus New Hampshire
• Ran season-best time in the 500 (1:09.30) versus Maine. 

2013-2014:

• Ran in one mile, 800, 1000, 4 x 400, 4 x 800 and 4000 distance medley relay
• Ran season-best time in one mile (4:28.92) at Harvard Season Open (Dec. 7)
• Career-best time in 800 meter (1:56.80) at Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2) and 2:00.97 in the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24)
• Ran season-best times in 1000 meter (2:30.82) at New England Championship (May 8)
• Member of 4 x 800 relay team who ran season best-time of 7:35 at New England Championship (May 10)
• Member of 4000 meter distance medley team who recorded team season-best time of 10:16 at the Colonial Relays (April 5).

Before Holy Cross:

• A four-year member of the varsity cross country team at Agawam High School under head coach Bob Dillon, serving as team captain in 2012
• Named first team  All-Western Mass.
• Also was a four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach, Daniel Price, serving as team captain in 2012 and 2013
• Received first team All-Western Mass. Recognition, setting the school records in the 4x400m relay, 4x800m relay, 600m, 800m, one-mile, two-mile and 1,000m runs
• Finished sixth at the All-State meet in the 1,000m race and was the 1000m and 800m Western Mass. Champion
• Served as a member of the National Honor Society

• Has two brothers (Chris and Anthony) and one sister (Cassie)
• His cousin, John Curto, graduated from Holy Cross (Class of 2008)
• Majoring in psychology
