AS A SENIOR IN 2021:

• Did not compete. 
• Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2019:

• Placed 30th in sub-varsity race at New England Championship in a 5K time of 19:42.6 (10/12).
• Finished in sixth place in JV race at UMass Dartmouth Invite, running a 5K time of 19:53.0 (9/21).
• Opened season with 38th place finish at UNH Invite, clocking in at 21:24.8 on 5K course (8/31).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2018:

• Finished in 100^th place at the Patriot League Championship, running a 6K time of 24:52.6 (10/27).
• Placed 329^th at the Paul Short Gold, running a 6K time of 24:42.0 (9/29).
• Finished 29^th at the UNH XC Invitational, running a 5K time of 19:47.6 (9/1).
• Placed 51^st at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational, running a 5K time of 19:49.7 (9/15).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

• Placed 94th at Patriot League Championship in a 6K time of 24:31.3 (10/28).
• Opened collegiate career at UNH Invite, running a 5K time of 19:35.7 to place 21st (9/2).
• Placed 45th at Nassaney Invitational, running a 3.11-mile time of 20:00.9 (9/9).
• Finished in 83rd at Paul Short Run in a personal best 6K time of 23:12.7 (9/29).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:

• A four-year member of the varsity cross country team serving as captain junior and senior year.

• APAC Cross Country champion.

• Ran track and field serving as captain junior and senior year.
• APAC Track gold medalist in 800m, 1500m and 3000m (2014, 2015, 2016).
• A four-year member of the varsity swimming team.

• APAC Champions 2015 - 2016 in swimming.

• A-five year member of the Hong Kong National Team competing in the triathalon.

• Bronze medal at the Asian Championships in the mixed team relay (2016).

• Competed in Asian Championships 4 times, World Championships 2 times (2014 and 2015) and USA National Championships (Finished 9th place in 2015 and 7th place in 2016).
• Hong Kong Athlete of the Year 2014.

• Has one brother (Chase) and one sister (Ivy).
