• Member of the varsity/collegiate eight in three fall events and five spring regattas
• Rowed on the varsity eight that won the field of 18 boats at the Snake Regatta (Oct. 10)
• Competed on the collegiate eight that finished 14th out of 41 boats at the Head of Charles Regatta (Oct. 17 & 18)
• Raced on the varsity eight that defeated Trinity and Wesleyan (Apr. 23)
• An Emerging Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy

2014-2015:

• Raced in the varsity eight for two spring regattas
• Member of the varsity four that placed third out of 20 boats at the Snake Regatta (10/11)
• Was a part of the varsity eight that finished fifth out of 19 boats at the Murphy Cup
• Raced with the second varsity eight that defeated Bucknell (4/25) and Williams (4/25)
• Member of the second varsity eight at both the Eastern Sprints (5/17) and the IRA National Championship (5/31)

Before Holy Cross:

• Two-year member of the rowing team at Tabor Academy for coach Taylor Washburn
• Also played two years of varsity hockey as he tallied eight goals and 12 assists for 20 points

• Son of Patrick Horan and Katherine Macoul
• Has two brothers (Patrick and James) and one sister (Kerry)
• Has not yet declared a major
