Career Honors:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2016, 2018).

2018 (Senior):

• Finished 52^nd at the Patriot League Championships, running an 8K time of 27:30.2 (10/27).
• Placed 136^th to lead the Crusaders at the NCAA Northeast Region Championship, with a 10K time of 35:36.9 (11/9).
• Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:55 at the Paul Short Run, placing 136^th (9/29).
• Placed 75^th to lead Holy Cross at the IC4A Championships, running the 4.97-mile course in 24:34 (11/17).

• An Emerging Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2017 (Junior):

• Competed in the 5k, 8k, 10k and five-mile run.
• Posted a career-best time in the 5k (15:59) at the UNH Cross Country Invitational.
• Ran a career-best time of 25:59 in the 8k at the Patriot League Championships.
• Tallied a season-best time of 26:39 in the five-mile run at the IC4A Championships. 

2016 (Sophomore):

• Posted career-best time of 26:00.94 in the 8k at the New England Championship on Oct. 8.
• Also ran the 8k in times of 26:22 at the Paul Short Invitational, 27:28.1 at the Patriot League Championship and 28:17 at the IC4A Championship.
• Ran the 5k in 16:20 versus New Hampshire and Providence, the five mile in 28:27 at the National Catholic Championship and the 10k in 33:23.70 at the NCAA Northeast Regional.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

 2015 (Freshman):

• Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:04 at the New England Championship.
• Also ran 8K times of 27:17 at the Patriot League Championship and 26:09 at the Paul Short Invitational.
• Ran a 5K vs. New Hampshire and Providence in a time of 16:03.
• Ran the 10K at the NCAA Northeast Regional with a time of 34:00.
• Also competed in the 5 mile at the National Catholic Championship, finishing with a time of 26:31.
