Holy Cross Athletics

2016:

• Named first team All-Patriot League for finishing seventh with a time of 21:53.6 at the Patriot League Championship, helping Holy Cross to its best finish since 2001
• Named All-ECAC for finishing 17th with a time of 19:11 at the ECAC Championship
• Posted career-best 5k time of 18:33.51 at the New England Championship on Oct. 8
• Also ran the 5k in 18:35 versus New Hampshire and Providence and in 18:40 at the National Catholic Championship
• Also ran the 6k in 21:26 at the Paul Short Invitational and in 22:27.30 at the NCAA Northeast Regional
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015:

• Ran her best 5K of the season at the New England Championship, finishing with a time of 18:45.
• Also ran 5K times of 19:15 at the ECAC Championship, 19:22 at the National Catholic Championship and 19:27 vs. New Hampshire and Providence.
• Ran a season-best 6K time of 22:36 at the Paul Short Invitational.
• Also earned times of 22:47 (Patriot League Championship) and 22:49 (NCAA Northeast Regional) in the 6K.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2014:

• Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
• Ran season-best 5K time of 18:47.89 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational
• Also rain in the ECAC Championship (64th, 19:38.90), Central Connecticut Mini Meet 3K (54th, 11:04.42), Paul Short Invitational 6K (114th, 23:19) and New Hampshire (33rd, 19:28.60).

Before Holy Cross:

• Three-year member of the varsity indoor track team at Algonquin Regional High School
• 2014 team captain
• Named CMASS All-Star in 2013
• Spent one year on the varsity outdoor track team

• Team won Division I State Relay championship

• Martha graduated from Holy Cross in 1982 and played field hockey
• Has one sister (Kate)
• Kate (Class of 2015) runs track at Holy Cross
• Uncle Tom played lacrosse and graduated from Holy Cross in 1990
• Aunt Debbie played field hockey and graduated from Holy Cross in 1980
• Aunt Sue played field hockey and graduated from Holy Cross in 1982
