• Ran season-best 5K time of 20:01 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational
• Also ran in the Central Connecticut Mini Meet 3K (JV, 35th, 11:48.77) and New Hampshire (47th, 20:23.40).

2013:
• Ran a career-best 5K time of 19:25 at New Hampshire on Aug. 31
• Also ran at the Nassaney Invitational (54th, 20:18.0), the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (28th, 19:37.11), the New England Championship (54th, 19:53), the Patriot League Championship 6K (66th, 24:18.90) and the ECAC Championship (62nd, 19:52.7)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012:
• Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:38.4 at the National Catholic Championship
• Finished 39th of 110 runners with a time of 17:25.0 at the Harry Lang Invitational…
• Also ran at the Paul Short Invitational (327th, 24:44), New England Championship (177th, 19:52.32), Patriot League Championship (62nd, 25:48.9) and ECAC Championship (109th, 20:45.7).

Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Norwich Free Academy for coach Chad Johnson
• named team captain senior year
• Named All-Conference in 2012 ... team won the Eastern Connecticut Conference and State championships in 2012 ... also a three-year member and senior captain of the soccer team.
