Biography
2010-2011: Memberof the varsity eight that competed at the Snake Regatta (Oct. 9),which placed first of 20 boats…rowed for the varsity eightfor five out of eight spring competitions and was a member of thesecond varsity eight for three events…varsity eight won theSullivan Cup by defeating George Washington (April 9)…thesecond varsity eight defeated Bucknell (April 23) and EARC memberRutgers (April 30).
2009-2010: Memberof the varsity four that competed at the 108th IRA NationalChampionship (June 3-5) placing second in the third-level finalsand 14th out of 18 teams overall…member of the secondvarsity eight.
2008-2009: Amember of the freshman eight.
Before Holy Cross: Rowed for four years andplayed basketball for two at Haddonfield Memorial H.S....was one oftwo sophomores on the varsity eight in 2006...won gold at theFrostbite Regatta in 2005...occupied the three seat on the varsityfour that finished third at the Head of the Ohio...captain of thebasketball team as a senior, and led the team to the state titlegame in 2007.
Personal: Son of Henry and Mary Ann Zaleski...hisfather pitched for the Rutgers baseball team...has two brothers,Derek, a pitcher at Gettysburg, and Michael...a Mathematicsmajor.
