AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2026 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in six meets
• Broke the program record in the 100m dash (10.50) at the UConn Dog Fight (Apr. 4)
• Reset his program record in the 200m (21.57) and also picked up event wins in the 100m dash (10.75) and 4x100m (41.70) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 18)
• Finished seventh in the 100m dash (10.64) and 12th in 200m ( 21.63) at the Patriot League Championship (May 15-16)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025-26 INDOOR:

• Competed in six meets
• Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week (Mar. 30-Apr. 5)
• Earned a silver medal in the 200m (22.12) at the NEICAAA Championship (Mar. 7)
• Recorded a personal-best time in the 300m (35.22) at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 6)
• Placed 16th in both the 60m dash (7.04) and 200m (21.96) at the Patriot League Championships (Feb. 28)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2025 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in seven meets
• Finished second in the 100m dash (10.90) at the Black and Gold Invitational (Mar. 2)
• Helped Holy Cross break the school record in the 4x100m (41.09) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy invitational (Apr. 19)
• Placed 12th in the 100m dash (10.62), 17th in the 200m (21.96) and helped the Crusader place fifth in the 4x100m (41.18) at the Patriot League Championships (May 2-3)
• Broke the Program record in the 200m (21.59) at the NEICAAA Championship (May 10)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in eight meets
• Ran a personal-best time in the 60m dash (6.98) at the David Heery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 15)
• Placed 17th in the 60m dash (7.00) and 13th in the 200m (21.88) at the Patriot League Championship (Mar. 1)

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year varsity member of the track and field team at Bishop Brady in Concord, N.H. under head coach Diane Morey
• Served as a team captain his sophomore, junior and senior year
• Four-time All-State
• NHIAA Division 2 State Champion
• NHIAA Division 2 Relay State Champion
• Four-time NHIAA Division 3 Individual State Champion
• Two-time NHIAA Division 3 Relay State Champion
• Two-time NHIAA Individual MOC Champion
• All-New England 100m and 200m
• NHIAA Divison 2 4x200 State Champions
• Two-time NHIAA Division 3 4x100m State Champions
• Holds Bishop Brady school record in the 60m (7.09), 100m (10.65), 200m (21.83), 300m (36.03), indoor long jump (20'9"), 4x100m relay (43.19), indoor 4x200m relay (1:34.75), outdoor 4x200m relay (1:32.88) and indoor 4x400m relay (3:42.16)
• 2024 Indoor Track Team Unsung Hero Award, Outdoor Team Giant Award and Spring Athlete of the Season
• 2023 Indoor and Outdoor Track Team Most Influential Player, Winter Athlete of the Season and 2023 BBHS Athlete of the Year
• 2022 Outdoor Track Team MVP
• 2021 Outdoor Track Team Freshman of the Year
• Graduated Magna Cum Laude

PERSONAL: 

• Major is undecided but is interested in a pre-med track
• Chose Holy Cross because it's one of the best pre-med programs in New England
