• Set the school record in the 4x100m relay with a time of 42.02 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (Apr. 8, 2023)
• Set the school record in the heptathlon with a total of 4,789 points at the UConn Husky Challenge (Dec. 7-8, 2023)
• Set the school record in the heptathlon (breaking his previous set record) with a total of 4,903 points at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 24-25, 2024)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the 10 meets on the season
• Opened the season at the Sam Howell Invitational (Mar. 30) setting personal bests in the 110m hurdles (14.41, fourth) and the 400m hurdles (54.26, fourth)
• Set a personal best decathlon point total (6,476 pts., fifth) and personal bests in the dec. 100m (10.92, fourth), dec. high jump (1.84m, seventh), dec. 400m (49.75, third), dec. discus throw (27.35m) and dec. javelin throw (38.31m) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (Apr. 12-13)
• Came in fifth in the 110m hurdles (14.75) and fourth in the 400m hurdles (55.39) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)
• Clinched second in the 4x100m relay (41.63) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 27)
• Claimed third in the 110m hurdles (14.69) for the bronze medal, sixth in the 400m hurdles (54.68) and fourth in the 4x100m relay (41.94) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
• Finished fifth in the decathlon (5,681 pts.) and set a personal best in the dec. 1500m (4:42.89, first) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 10-11)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the nine meets on the season
• Broke the school record in the heptathlon (4,789 pts., second) and set a personal best in the hept. shot put (11.29m, sixth) at the UConn Husky Challenge (Dec. 7-8, 2023) which earned him Patriot League Track Athlete of the Week and Crusader of the Week (Dec. 4-10, 2023)
• Set a personal best in the 200m (22.77, 35th) at the UMass Flagship Invitational (Jan. 14)
• Broke the school record again in the heptathlon (4,903 pts., fourth) and set personal bests in the 60m hurdles prelim (8.17, fifth), hept. 60m dash (7.12, first), hept. long jump (6.57m, third),  hept. pole vault (3.65m, eighth), and hept. 1000m (2:45.54, second) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 24-25, 2024)
• Finished sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.32) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Mar. 2)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the nine meets on the season
• Finished sixth in the 110m hurdles (15.54) and second in the 4x100m relay (42.27) at the Bryant Black & Gold Invitational (Mar. 31-Apr. 1)
• Broke the school record in the 4x100m relay with a time of 42.02 earning fourth at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (Apr. 7-8)
• Clinched second in both the 110m hurdles (15.52) and the long jump (6.30m) at the Merrimack Alumni Classic (Apr. 15)
• Placed fifth in the 110m hurdles (14.38), sixth in the 400m hurdles (57.67) and fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:29.87) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 22)
• Took fourth in the 110m hurdles (15.80) and eighth in the 200m (23.00) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 29)
• Finished ninth in the 110m hurdles (15.02) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 5-6)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022-23 INDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the 10 meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 300m (37.20, 14th) and finished second in the 60m hurdles (8.38) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 3)
• Set a personal best in the 55m hurdles (7.95, first) and won the long jump (6.18m) against New Hampshire (Jan. 22)
• Finished seventh in the 60m hurdles (8.74) and fifth in the long jump (6.35m) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 11)
• Helped the distance medley relay to fifth place (10:06.92) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 25-26)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in all eight meets on the season
• Took fourth in the 110m hurdles (15.51) and third in the 4x100m relay (43.37) at the UMass Invitational (Apr. 3)
• Finished second in the 110m hurdles (15.39) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational (Apr. 9)
• Won the 110m hurdles (15.30) and helped 4x100m relay finish second (42.40) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 23)
• Came in fifth in both the 100m (11.34), the 200m (23.06) and finished fourth in the long jump (6.30m) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (Apr. 26)
• Claimed third in the 110m hurdles (15.07), the long jump (6.39m) and the 4x100m relay (43.38) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 30)
• Finished fifth in the 110m hurdles (15.46) and helped his 4x100 relay take fourth (43.16) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 6-7)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021-22 INDOOR:

• Competed in six of the seven meets on the season
• Placed sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.80) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 4)
• Claimed sixth in the long jump (6.07m) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 15)
• Took fifth in the 200m (24.76) and fourth in the long jump (5.97m) against New Hampshire (Jan. 22)
• Finished third in the 60m hurdles (8.65) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 11-12)

• Competed for seven seasons of varsity track & field under head coach Fred Jewett
• Team captain during 2021
• Named Patriot Ledger Boys Fall II All-Scholastic in 2021
• Member of four Patriot League Champion teams
• Four-time Patriot League All-Star and two-time Patriot League MVP
• DI South State Champion in the 110 meter hurdles in spring 2021
• Holds school records in the 55 meter hurdles, 4x200 meter relay, high jump relay and triple jump relay
• Second Degree Black Belt in Uechi Ryu Karate

PERSONAL:

• His mom, Annmaria, is a Holy Cross alumn (Class of '95)
• His aunt, Alison (Class of ‘86), cousins Lauren and Gregory Riley are all Holy Cross alumni
• Majoring in chemistry
