- Finished sixth in the shot put with a mark of 14.42m at the Bryant Black & Gold Invitational
- Finished 13th in the shot put with a mark of 14.55m at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener
- Broke the shot put school record (last set in 1960) with a mark of 15.71m at the Holy Cross Invitational
- Finished third in the shot put (15.26m) and finished 10th in the hammer throw (27.72m) at the Skyhawk Invitational
- Finished 18th in the shot put with a mark of 14.69m at the New England Championship
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022-23 INDOOR:
- Placed 15th in the shot put at the Riverhawk Invitational
- Set a personal and season best in the shot put at the URI Coaches Invitational with a mark of 15.72m, placing third
- Finished 13th in the shot put at the Patriot League Indoor Championship
- Finished 18th in the shot put at the IC4A Indoor Championship
BEFORE HOLY CROSS:
- Member of the football teams at Delsea Regional under Sal Marchese and Deerfield Academy under Brian Barbato
- Team captain at Delsea as a senior
- 2020 All-State second team and first team All-South Jersey selection
- Three-time All-Area and three-time All-Conference honoree
- Ranked as the #6 offensive lineman in New Jersey in 2020
- Also competed in track and field and baseball
