AS A SENIOR IN 2022:

• Took 35th with a 6k time of 21:20.8 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championship (11/11). 
• Finished fourth with a 5.95k time of 21:03.4 at the Patriot League Cross Country Championship (10/29). 
• Clinched the individual title and set a personal best 5k time of 17:52.9 at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship (10/8). 
• Set a personal best 6k time of 20:47.6 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, finishing second overall (9/30). 
• Won the 3.1M at the Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational with a time of 17:57.8 (9/10).
• Claimed fifth with a 3.1k time of 10:54.9 at the Suffolk Short Course Classis (9/2). 

AS A JUNIOR IN 2021:

• Placed 88th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championship with a 6K time of 22:26.4 (11/12).
• Finished in sixth place to earn First Team All-Conference honors with a personal best 6K time of 21:41.8 at the Patriot League Championship (10/31).
• Raced to a 37th place finish in a 5K time of 18:39.9 at the New England Championship.
• Ran a personal best 5K time of 18:24.9 to place seventh at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race (9/11).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020:

• Placed 36th at the Patriot League Championship, running a time of 21:33.9 on the 3.7-mile road course.
• Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019: 

• Placed 93rd at Patriot League Championship, running a 6K time of 24:56.7 (11/2). 
• Ran a season-best 6K time of 22:46.2 at Paul Short Run, placing 285th (10/5).
• Finished in 21st place at National Catholic Invite in a season-best 5K time of 18:43.8 (9/20).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Six-year member of the varsity cross country team at Manchester Essex under coaches Mark Dawson and Steve Whittey.
• Cross country team captain in 2017 and 2018.
• Four-time Cape Ann League All-Star (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) and three-time Cape Ann League Runner of the Year Award: Baker Division winner (2016, 2017, 2018).
• Helped team accomplish four EMASS Division 6 Championships (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and Cape Ann League Championship (2015).
• Placed second at 2018 Cape Ann League Championships (20:49), second at 2018 MIAA Eastern Division 5 Championships (18:54:10) and third at 2018 MIAA All State Division 2 Finals (19:42:17).
• Boston Globe All-Star in 2015 and 2016 and Boston Globe All-Scholastic in 2017 and 2018. 
• Four-time Boston Herald Fall All-Scholastic selection (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018).
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor track team under head coach Mark Dawson.
• Team captain in 2018-2019.
• Placed fourth in two mile at 2018 Cape Ann League Championships (12:05:99), sixth in two mile at 2018 MIAA Division 4 Championships (11:55:43), second in one mile at 2019 Cape Ann League Championships (5:18:22) and fourth in one mile at 2019 MIAA Division 5 Championships. 
• Four-year member of the varsity outdoor track team under head coach David Coleman.
• Team captain in 2019.
• Three-time champion in one mile at Northeastern Conference Championships (2017, 2018 and 2019).
• Placed second in one mile at 2018 MIAA Eastern Division 1 and 2 Championships (5:08:02), fifth in one mile at 2018 MIAA All-State Outdoor Championships (5:04:54).
• Member of National Honors Society.
