Holy Cross Athletics

2021-2022:
• Earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association Scholar-Athlete honors
• Selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
• Went 6-14 in singles action, playing mostly at the No. 4 spot
• Had a 12-12 mark in doubles, seeing the majority of his action at No. 3
• Led the team in doubles victories, while ranking second in singles wins
• Earned a 6-2, 6-1 victory over Lafayette’s Charles Keller at No. 4 singles during the Crusaders’ 4-0 win over the Leopards in the Patriot League Tournament

2020-2021:
• Studied remotely due to COVID-19, and did not compete

2019-2020:
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
• Went 7-10 in singles competition, playing at No. 3 and No. 4
• Paired with Will Chen to lead the team with an 8-12 mark in doubles action, playing in the No. 1 and No. 2 spots 
• Named the ckSmithSuperior Crusader of the Week on Sept. 23, after winning both his singles and doubles matches in a 4-3 victory over Sacred Heart
• Season concluded on March 12 due to COVID-19

2018-2019:
• Finished with an 8-13 singles record, playing at No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5
• Went 12-8 in doubles play, seeing action in the No. 1 and No. 2 spots

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:
• Played four seasons of varsity tennis for head coach Kevin McCue at Shelton High School in Shelton, Conn. 
• Team captain his senior year
• Selected as the Southern Connecticut Conference Division I Player of the Year in 2017
• A four-time All-Southern Connecticut Conference and New Haven Register All-Area selection
• Named team MVP for four straight seasons
• Posted a career record of 64-8
• Member of National Honor Society
