CAREER HONORS: 
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019)

AS A SENIOR IN 2021:

• Ran a season-best time of 28:00.6 in the 8K to place 88th at the Patriot League Championship (10/31)
• Placed 53rd in a time of 16:07.9 in the 5K at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/22)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2020:

• Placed 30th at the Patriot League Championship, running a time of 23:16.4 on the 4.7-mile road course.
• Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019:

• Competed at NCAA Northeast Region Championship, running a personal-best 10K time of 31:40.3 and placing 163rd (11/15).
• Led Crusaders at Patriot League Championship with a 23rd-place finish, running an 8K time of 26:19.6 (11/2). 
• Finished in 137th place at Paul Short Run in an 8K time of 25:56.5 (10/5).
• Placed ninth at Nassaney Invitational, running personal-best 8K time of 25:49.2 (9/7).

 AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018: 

• Placed 18^th to lead the Crusaders at the Patriot League Championships, running an 8K time of 26:36.1 (10/27).
• Finished 205^th at the NCAA Northeast Region Championships, running a 10K time of 37:34.8 (11/9).
• Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:12 at the Nassaney Invitational, finishing 28^th (9/8).
• Opened the year with a 16^th-place finish against UNH and Providence, running a 5K time of 15:46.06 (9/1).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• A one-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach Ben Kaminski.
• Named Indoor Regional Champion in the 3200m, regional runner up and All State in 3,200 (seventh place).
• Set the school record in 3200m for both indoor and outdoor track.
• Also a member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Scott Stubbe.
• Named Most Valuable Runner in 2017 and to the All-District team (7th place).
• Member of the varsity wrestling team for three years under head coach Shaun Hutchison.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Earned the Coach's Award and placed second at conference all region to qualify for state tournament.
• Went 41-12 in 2017.
