ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Junior
Devin Brindle broke the school record in the 100-yard butterfly, as the Holy Cross women's swimming and diving team competed in day three of the Patriot League Championship at Lejeune Hall. Through 13 events, the Crusaders stand in ninth place as a team with 209 points.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
• Brindle placed 15th in the 100-yard butterfly with her school-record time of 55.25.
• Sophomore
Nora Herbstzuber was 17th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:03.94).
• Freshman
Mia Smith came in 19th in the 400-yard individual medley (4:31.06).
• Sophomore
Natalie Neno took 20th place in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.10).
• Sophomore
Lily Mitchell finished 23rd in the 400-yard individual medley (4:34.15).
• Sophomore
Ellie Reinhart placed 24th in the 100-yard backstroke (57.78).
• The 200-yard freestyle relay team of senior
Ainsley Nalen, Smith, Reinhart and senior
Nora Smillie came in 10th (1:36.91).
