WORCESTER, Mass. – Seventeen members of the Holy Cross men's soccer team have been selected to the 2021 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the conference office. Leading the Crusaders were junior midfielder Nic Andre, junior goalkeeper Jimmy Joyce and junior defender Taj Salawu, who were all named to the Academic Honor Roll for the third time during their collegiate careers.

Four Crusaders made their second career appearance on the Academic Honor Roll, in senior midfielder Andres Chacon, senior defender Nick Hellmann-Rhodes, senior forward Dylan Scanley and sophomore midfielder Evan Walker. The 10 Holy Cross players named to the team for the first time in their careers included freshman defender Connor Bagdon, freshman midfielder Liam Coffey, freshman forward Evan Jones, freshman midfielder Jon Klein, freshman midfielder Attila Sepkin, freshman goalkeeper Tristan Stephani, freshman midfielder Ivor Teagle, freshman goalkeeper Josh Tubbs, freshman midfielder Jake Williams and freshman defender Marcus Williams.

A total of 142 student-athletes from men's soccer teams around the league earned spots on this year's Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must have earned a grade point average of 3.20 or better during the spring semester.
