WORCESTER, Mass. - The Holy Cross women's soccer team dropped a tough one, 1-0 to Bucknell, Saturday afternoon. 
The Crusaders put on a great deal of pressure, taking 17 shots, but just weren't able to break through for a goal. Bucknell's Kate Henesey put the Bison out front in the 13th minute when she sent on in from six yards out. 
Holy Cross out shot Bucknell, 11-10, in the second half, but none found the back of the net. 
The Crusaders are back in action Sautrday, Oct. 6 at home against Loyola (Md.) It will be the first of three straight home games where the Crusaders can truly make a statement and get right back in the race for the Patriot League playoffs. 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Holy Cross out shot Bucknell, 17-16.
 
- The Crusaders also held the advantage in corners, 7-4. 
 
- Sophomore keeper Sophia Lettieri made nine saves on the day.
